Change Management

Change management refers to guiding change within an organisation so that new processes and systems take hold in everyday work. This includes informing those affected, training, clear responsibilities and dealing with resistance. In IT projects, change management often determines whether a system that has been introduced is used or worked around. How it differs: project management steers time, budget and scope, change management steers people and how they work.
