AI Strategy
An AI strategy defines where a company uses artificial intelligence, which data is required for it and who is accountable for the results. It names concrete use cases, clarifies requirements for data quality and data protection, and assigns budget, roles and a timeline. Without these decisions, isolated projects emerge without a shared data foundation. How it differs: the AI strategy describes the what and the why, technical implementation follows afterwards.
