As a Project Assistant / PMO (m/f/d), you will support the management and project management team by organizing internal processes, creating documentation and presentations, and planning and tracking projects. At the same time, you will independently manage smaller software implementation projects and support our clients throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the management and project team in planning, organizing, and tracking projects.
  • You will professionally create and prepare presentations, documentation, and reports.
  • You will organize meetings and business trips, and handle travel expense reports.
  • Controlling and monitoring cross-project tasks will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will work closely with software partners and suppliers.
  • If desired, you can independently take on smaller projects, particularly in the area of software implementation.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification with experience in project management or an assistant role, ideally within an IT environment.
  • You have a head for numbers and a strong technical aptitude.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are second nature to you.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have a good eye for design—especially when creating engaging presentations or graphic content.
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
  • You are available on-site at least three days a week, while we offer you flexibility and the option for remote work depending on the project situation.
