Employee training

Raising awareness of data quality

Make employees aware of the importance of high-quality master data. Explain how poor data quality can impact business processes and outcomes. Show concrete examples and case studies to illustrate the impact of poor data.

Change Management

Implement a structured change management program to ensure that the MDM system rollout goes smoothly and is accepted by employees. Communicate the benefits of the system and ensure that employees understand the need for change.
