New Normal

There is a lot of talk about the relaxations these days. What happens after the pandemic? What happens next? How do the companies increase their results again? One thing is certain: the weeks have left their mark on all of us.

The NEW NORMAL is here to stay - we all as companies have to rethink today. Processes are rearranging themselves and unimportant things are being cut out of everyday life. What remains is a collaboration that focuses on the essentials.

Companies are learning that mobile working is not just a plan B in extraordinary times, but an important alternative. They are learning mechanisms and methods that can be used to work together much more efficiently and with significantly less friction.

For large and successful projects, the processes and the quality of the data have also become more important. In particular, the design of data flows is a challenge. In order to master this, a strong focus must be placed on the integration and networking of data and systems. This usually affects very many functional areas of corporate IT.

Next steps in NEW NORMAL

Often, the system landscape is detached from the internal processes in people's minds. It must be understood today that people are correlated to the data flows in the organisation and only when this correlation is controlled and managed by appropriate instruments can the Next steps in NEW NORMAL be successfully implemented. This requires holistic system integration, rolling out internal processes in the digital world and the right choice of strategy and partners.

Ambience of a Swiss alpine hut immersed. Despite the unusual situation, the alpine pasture gradually filled up with the invited guests. In the cosy atmosphere and relaxed conversations, only the posters with the usual precautionary measures drew attention to the current situation. The planned fondue was replaced with a tasty raclette. The customers and partners were pleased; and so were we. We enjoyed a great evening with our guests. We are and will remain responsible and agile.
