Greater autonomy within the network

The introduction of the Syndigo MDM system was intended to fundamentally simplify the previously complex and highly manual data acquisition and distribution processes. As Eurogast member companies each use individual ERP systems, a unified data basis was previously lacking. The new MDM replaces a previous in-house development that was barely scalable and thus not future-proof.

Initial reservations were quickly dispelled by the new system's high performance and user-friendliness. At the same time, the MDM, through its direct connection to InBetween, enables the central, efficient creation of advertisements and flyers, which were previously produced at high cost by external agencies. Thus, the project creates a modern, integrated platform for consistent master data and optimized marketing processes.
