We are looking for a creative and data-driven individual who connects marketing, content, and sales: With smart targeting, AI-powered campaigns, and modern outreach strategies, you will further develop our B2B reach, generate qualified leads, and support the expansion of our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and manage data-driven outbound and inbound campaigns for lead generation – with a focus on content, personalization, and measurable results across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Together with our experts, you will create relevant content such as reference stories, use cases, and target-group-specific messages, and strategically deploy them for outreach and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • You will further expand our sales pipeline – from target customer research and account mapping to qualifying new leads.
  • You will work closely with our consultants, management, and the marketing teams of our technology partners to implement effective campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for our sales, CRM, and marketing tool landscape, optimize processes, and leverage data and AI to continuously improve our lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in B2B marketing – ideally in an IT, consulting, or technology environment – and know how to systematically convert target groups into new customer contacts.
  • You have a good understanding of content-driven lead generation and know how content such as LinkedIn posts, reference stories, or use cases are strategically used to address B2B target groups.
  • You are proficient in using modern AI tools for research, content creation, personalization, and automation, and leverage them to make your work more efficient and scalable.
  • You have experience with CRM systems as well as marketing and sales tools and possess a good understanding of data quality, automation, and scalable processes.
  • You are characterized by a structured, self-reliant, and data-driven approach to work. You communicate confidently and have excellent German language skills as well as good English.
