We are looking for a dedicated sales professional with proven experience selling IT services, particularly in the area of PIM SaaS solutions. Responsibility

• You will manage our accounting team professionally and disciplinarily at German and Swiss locations.
• Together with our internal and external partners, you will ensure correct bookkeeping in accordance with the German HGB and become familiar with accounting in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations.
• You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of our companies in Germany and Switzerland.
• Complex consolidation and reporting are part of your everyday life – ideally also in accordance with IFRS.
• You ensure compliance with tax, legal and internal regulations as well as a secure internal control system.
• You coordinate cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and tax authorities.
• You are also actively involved in digitization projects and the development of our processes.
• Investment and liquidity planning of the holding company? Intra-group benefit billing? Compliance in the holding structure? Everything is in good hands with you.

Requirement profile

• A degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. as an accountant).
• Several years of experience in financial accounting and in a management role.
• You have in-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB. Knowledge of Swiss OR is a plus – but not a must, as we are happy to help you familiarising yourself with Swiss requirements.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and have a distinctive hands-on mentality.
• Fluent German language skills and solid English language skills are required.
• You have experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Datev or Abacus as well as consolidation tools such as Lucanet.
• Occasional trips (approx. 10-20%) to our locations in Switzerland and Germany are a matter of course for you.
• A sense of responsibility, accuracy and strong communication skills complete your profile.
